Due to the recurring success of our business, we are expanding our team and looking for full-time business development executives for our London and Manchester offices.
BDE’s are one of the first points of contact for potential customers and, therefore, a crucial part of our business. As a BDE you will be responsible for generating interest, identifying and qualifying new opportunities with potential clients whilst building positive relationships. It is important to ascertain a strong understanding of the client’s business needs and align these with TOPdesk’s business value. Establishing and maintaining industry knowledge from a variety of sources in addition to the internal training provided is important for success and credibility. BDE’s work very closely with the Inside Sales department as part of the TOPdesk sales cycle. The role is predominately telephone based and will involve working in tandem with other departments, including marketing and consultancy. Project work and campaign management will also be expected of the successful candidate.
