• Work with our team to create successful lead generation campaigns
  • This can include landing page creation, email marketing and automation, organic and paid social, SEO best practice, and PPC
  • Collaborating with other departments, our international colleagues, and occasionally agency to advance our brand profile via campaigns
    • Working primarily with sales, customer success, and consultancy to generate new business as well as upselling opportunities
    • Liaising with our PR agency to create and approve press releases / thought leadership pieces
    • Independently managing Google ads and paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) with scope to move into new channels
    • Reporting and analytics
    • Budget management
    • Consistently assessing and exploring new marketing tactics, tools, channels, and processes
    • Acting as the HubSpot owner for the UK
    • Broadening/developing your skills; there will be plenty of opportunities to help or manage a variety of projects i.e. social media, events promotion, customer advocacy, PR campaigns, design skills

• 3+ years of generalist marketing experience
• Highly analytical with a proven ability to interpret, analyse, and translate customer insight data and campaign results into actionable marketing plans
• Knowledgeable of marketing automation software
• An active problem-solver and not afraid to propose solutions
• Creative and able to come up with new and innovative ideas and solutions
• A self-starting individual with proven ability to take ownership for results
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines
