Curious about how we determine your future TOPdesk salary? Below, we explain how the TOPdesk salary system works. It consists of three parts: your starting salary, salary increase and milestones.
Starting salary
At TOPdesk, your starting salary depends on your role. We value all completed education as being equivalent, so regardless of whether you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, you begin your dream job on its starting salary. Naturally, we’ll take this into account when negotiating your job offer.
Salary increase
You can receive a salary increase every year. We take into account your performance, current salary and responsibilities. You will receive one of the following amounts:
Does your talent lead think you deserve more than 300 euros? They can choose an unspecified amount (?) as an increase. We like to keep all salary increases fair between teams and departments. That’s why your talent lead continuously collects feedback from colleagues and discusses it with other talent leads and HR as input for salary increases.
Milestones
We use milestones at TOPdesk. They’re salary points you grow towards. Reached a milestone? You and your talent lead evaluate your personal development and discuss your next steps. Does your salary match your current performance and responsibilities? You stay at that milestone. Can you make further strides in your personal development and responsibilities? You can progress to the next milestone. You and your talent lead have an ongoing dialogue about your future at TOPdesk. We use the following milestones:
