So, what is it that you’re going to do ? You’ll work together with (international) local marketers to improve social ad performances, create and implement a strong paid social strategy. Your colleagues from all branches are your customers and you’re their ‘agent’. You improve our visibility on social media, test ad texts, display and video ads, and analyze the behaviour of our potential customers. You set up LinkedIn Ads campaigns and continuously measure the results. You report your findings and best practices to international stakeholders within TOPdesk and the field marketers.
As a Paid Social Performance Marketer, together with your local colleagues, you’ll be improving 11 international LinkedIn Ads accounts and experimenting with new channels. In doing so, you keep yourself updated on the latest trends and developments in paid advertising. Ready to never stop learning and developing yourself? We’ve got a spot for you!
On Team Campaigns in the International Marketing & Communications department, or IMC! At TOPdesks headquarters in Delft, you’ll work together with about 30 direct colleagues and another 50 marketeers and creatives worldwide. The global IMC department is part of the larger international marketing vertical where everyone has the same goal: build a solid marketing machine for TOPdesk.
IMC consists of several multidisciplinary scrum teams, that all have their own goals and KPIs: Team Brand Awareness, Team Funnel Optimisation and Experience (FOX), Team Product & Customer Happiness and your Team Campaigns. Each team within IMC uses the channels best suited to achieving its goals, e.g. campaigns, social media, events, webinars and/or paid ads. Your colleagues are experts in online marketing, design, copywriting and web development.
