What are you going to do as a Marketing Automation Specialist?

Help all TOPdesk marketers work faster and smarter! You’ll maintain and improve the standard use of our marketing tools, knowing that we can only achieve maximum results if we use them as efficiently as possible worldwide.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll identify TOPdesk’s needs and keep abreast of new trends in your field. You’ll receive help and input from our IT department, external parties and all the marketers at TOPdesk. Your knowledge and skills will help us develop and lead a long-term marketing automation strategy.

You’ll coach and support TOPdesk marketers worldwide with tools and data. You’ll facilitate this international collaboration, as a standardised way of working will produce consistent and reliable data sources for our marketing. In short, you want nothing more than for all marketing teams to get the most out of our tools.

Where will you end up?

In Team Funnel Optimisation & Xperience (FOX) at our headquarters in Delft! Team FOX strives for effective marketing and the best possible user experience by combining technical and strategic expertise with outstanding design. You and your team will continuously optimise the marketing funnel to improve efficiency and ROI.

As a Marketing Automation Specialist within Team FOX, you will shape how we use tools within the marketing organisation, both locally and internationally. You will work closely with the Business Empowerment domain, responsible for our internal data warehouse and the technical aspects of the related applications. You will also liaise closely with marketers in the 11 countries we operate in. You will lead the entire organisation in a consistent way of working that enables data-driven decision-making.

Are you our new Marketing Automation Specialist?

  • You love data and have an affinity for marketing: you understand buyer journeys and marketing funnels.
  • Ideally, you have a background in marketing, business process management or data analytics.
  • You have an uncanny ability to spot opportunities and enjoy working collaboratively to bring projects to fruition.
  • You know how to translate business needs into data and automation.
  • Preferably, you have project management experience and know how to engage stakeholders in projects.
  • You speak excellent English.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
