What are you going to do as a sales enablement specialist?
Play a key role in equipping our sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed! As a sales enablement specialist, you’ll design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions on effective sales techniques for TOPdesk representatives. By assessing training needs and analyzing skill gaps, you’ll develop new programs that truly make a difference.
Your expertise will be crucial in creating high-quality documentation to support sales teams, whether it’s explaining specific functionalities or aligning with marketing campaigns. Additionally, you’ll conduct onboarding assessments to ensure new salespeople hit the ground running. In short, you’ll be the driving force behind a well-trained, confident, and high-performing sales team.

At our TOPdesk headquarters in Delft! TOPdesk is an internationally growing software and consultancy company and the creator of the best service management tool in the Netherlands. With over 900 colleagues in 8 countries, we work together every day to make our customers’ services better, smarter and more fun.
You’ll join our performance enablement team, where we make sure TOPdesk has the right people, skills, and tools to help customers confidently choose our products and services. By the end of the year, we aim to grow into a team of five passionate professionals, each dedicated to empowering sales teams with new methods and technologies that make their jobs easier and more effective. We collaborate with sales teams across all branches, embracing different cultural perspectives to drive success together.
Are you our new sales enablement specialist?
- You have at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with sales management.
- You have at least 2 years of sales enablement experience.
- You excel in verbal and written communication, effectively conveying the intricacies of communication strategies.
- You have experience in training salespeople and creating engaging sales training materials.
- You are skilled in writing clear and compelling documentation and sales stories.
- You have the ability to navigate and adapt to cultural differences.
- You have the confidence to challenge sales managers on their beliefs and strategies.
- You have experience with change management and guiding teams through transitions.
- You are highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- You are results-oriented, always striving to drive impact and success.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
- You are fluent in English.
