What will you do as a RevOps Analyst?
In this role, you are responsible for analysing, translating and presenting commercial data. You ensure stakeholders at all levels can steer based on facts rather than assumptions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing performance across the entire bow-tie: marketing, sales, onboarding, customer success and renewals.
- Creating and maintaining management and board-level reports on pipeline, forecast, revenue, churn and growth.
- Supporting sales leadership and the ELT with insights for strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Safeguarding data quality and metric definitions (KPIs, funnel stages and revenue concepts).
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities in commercial performance.
- Translating complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with RevOps, sales, finance and marketing to interpret numbers and support decision-making.
- Supporting forecasting cycles and periodic performance reviews.
The focus of this role is on insight, steering and decision support, rather than operational sales support.
This role is initially a temporary maternity leave cover, with the possibility of a permanent position.
