What are you going to do as a director demand generation?
Lead and inspire a dynamic team in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment! This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional people management skills. As a director demand generation, you’ll drive impactful demand generation initiatives that contribute to our business growth.
The ideal candidate is a demand generation professional with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels. You thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong analytical abilities, and are passionate about delivering measurable results.
As a director demand generation, you’ll manage and develop a team of marketers. You’ll work closely with sales, product and field marketing teams.

At one of our TOPdesk offices in Delft, Antwerp, London or Kaiserslautern! TOPdesk is an internationally growing software and consultancy company and the creator of the best service management tool in the Netherlands. With over 900 colleagues in 8 countries, we work together every day to make our customers’ services better, smarter and more fun.
You’ll be part of the Marketing Leadership Team (headed by the VP of Marketing), which is part of the Revenue domain at TOPdesk.
Are you our new director demand generator?
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a B2B SaaS company.
- You have a proven impact in building demand and generating a high-quality sales pipeline through a variety of digital channels.
- You are an expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other paid media and know how to optimise campaigns across these channels.
- You have a proven track record of managing a team of 5-10 people, nurturing talent, and building high-performing teams.
- You’re a strong leader, capable of proactively managing both upwards and downwards.
- You have experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other stakeholders to align goals and initiatives.
- You possess strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
- You’re familiar with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Qlik, or similar tools.
- You have experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- You have a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- You can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You have experience in scaling marketing teams in a growth-stage SaaS company.
- You are familiar with global or multi-region marketing strategies.
- You have knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and trends.
