What will you do as a product manger?
Deliver products that form the foundation of the TOPdesk product! You’ll relate these products to the overall product and company goals and the customer value we want to deliver through our product. Based on product visions, you’ll work with Scrum teams to identify opportunities that make these visions a reality, define success criteria, and select the options that will lead to maximizing customer value. You focus on the what and the why. You prioritise your team’s backlog against the overall product and business objectives.
As a product manager, you are comfortable with a healthy amount of ambiguity and communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical colleagues. When decisions need to be made, you’re able to gather data and insights and use them to make informed decisions that minimize risk and maximize customer value. You’ll frequently check in with stakeholders and other product managers in your product cell. You align priorities and ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.
Where will you be working?
At TOPdesks headquarters in Delft! As a product manager, you’ll be part of the product management team, which consists of group product managers and product managers. Within this team, you will be expected to mentor colleagues with less experience in the product manager role, particularly in areas related to product discovery and business modelling. As such, previous experience in a product management role is required.
Specifically, you will join Team Hermes: an international team with colleagues in the Netherlands, Hungary and Germany. Together, we work on observability and application performance for more than 7000 users on the Azure platform.
