What are you going to do as our CSR lead?
At TOPdesk, we are working hard to develop a new CSR/ESG (environmental, social, and governance) strategy that will guide our operations across all eight countries where we are active. As our global CSR lead, you’ll be the energetic driver of this strategy. You’re not afraid of change, love networking, and are able to make data-driven decisions and confidently pitch them to our leadership teams.
As our CSR lead, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the global CSR policy in collaboration with local CSR colleagues, whom you will directly supervise on projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for all CSR topics at TOPdesk and take ownership of our global CSR policy.
- Develop and implement new initiatives, translating them into concrete projects aligned with our company strategy.
- Support teams across countries with CSR projects, including CSRD, sustainable office projects, volunteering, and diversity & inclusion.
- Build strong relationships with local CSR colleagues and partners (e.g., in Netherlands: JINC, Werkse, local municipalities) to ensure alignment and support.
- Help expand Social Return jobs within TOPdesk.
- Report directly to the Chief of Staff and collaborate with management to elevate CSR across the company.

Are you our new CSR lead?
- You recently graduated with a strong passion for CSR, sustainability, and social impact — and can prove this through a current study or track record in CSR/ESG themes, sustainability, or CSRD-related projects.
- You’ve got excellent networking and communication skills, which means you’ll inspire, guide, and convince people.
- You are brave and proactive. Resistant to change? You see opportunities instead.
- You are independent and results-driven: you take initiative and get things done.
- You’re analytical and curious: you’re able to leverage data to make informed decisions and present them to leadership teams.
- You have a sharp strategic mindset: turning global sustainability goals into real impact.
- You’re confident in pitching business cases to leadership teams and driving decision-making.
- You have strong stakeholder skills: you connect, inspire, and drive change across teams and partners.
- You demonstrate global leadership: confident in leading across cultures, with clear and inclusive communication.
- You are fluent in English and have at least B2 level in Dutch
