What are you going to do as a handyperson?
Help us keep everything in the office running smoothly! Thanks to you, small problems don’t turn into major disruptions. This keeps everyone at TOPdesk productive and happy. As a handyperson, you have basic knowledge of maintenance and repairs and can work independently to find solutions. You are flexible and know how to get to work.
During your first few weeks at TOPdesk, you will receive a full introduction from an experienced member of our facility management team. You’ll get to know our procedures and safety rules and learn where to find all the materials and tools. Within a month, you will be fully trained and able to work independently.
The handyperson position is a temporary on-call job. We expect you to be working up to 20 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
Where will you end up?
At TOPdesk’s headquarters in Delft! You’ll work in the facilities cluster, which is responsible for the maintenance and support of all our offices. You’ll become part of our facilities team, a close-knit group of enthusiastic and helpful colleagues who are always there for each other.
In the role of handyperson, you will mainly work independently, but you will always have the help and support from your handy FM colleagues.
Are you our new handyperson?

- You are independent, eager to learn and helpful.
- You are experienced enough to roll up your sleeves straight away.
- You can communicate about your work in Dutch and/or English.
