As a UX Designer, you create user-centered designs for our service management software. In other words: it’s your job to make our software as simple and intuitive as possible. Together with your team(s), you focus on a specific theme, creating interface and navigation designs using Adobe Illustrator and/or XD. User research and usability are also important parts of your job.
Because you love a challenge. You understand that the best user-centered designs begin with figuring out people’s needs and problems, and you’re happy to do the research. You enjoy translating your knowledge and insights into intuitive interfaces.
You’ll join 1 to 2 multi-disciplinary scrum teams, meaning you’ll work with developers, testers, a product owner and scrum master on a daily basis. We believe in working together. Each team member has their own expertise, but works towards a shared goal: creating beautiful, intuitive software. You’ll also work together with roughly 15 other designers across our branches, focusing on improving your skills, using tools like personas, design principles and design reviews.
