5 extra holidays
To promote a healthy work-life balance, TOPdesk is adding 5 extra holidays for personal use, whether for mental health, family, or other reasons.
Life1 Gym membership
Starting from January 1st, 2025, we are trying out a membership program for colleagues at Life1 gyms. It can be used for gym, sauna and over 40 types of group classes.
Volunteering
Simply do it during work time. Did we mention helping people is part of our DNA?
Extra holiday for the working Saturdays
In Hungary, if a public holiday falls on a Tuesday or a Thursday, a Saturday will be designated as a working day. At TOPdesk these Saturdays are not working days but are given as extra holidays to everyone.
New fathers’ extra days
New fathers are entitled to 10 days of paid leave by law. The first 5 days are fully paid by the employer, and for the second 5 days only paid 40% by law. However, TOPdesk decided to pay 100% of the salary for the last 5 days as well.
Cafeteria
TOPdesk by default provides you cafeteria benefit. (If you work in part-time, it is proportionated accordingly).
Chair massage
You can sign up for a 15-minute chair massage free of charge once a month.
Office lunch
We believe that having great conversations while you spend a lovely meal together helps to build the community, therefore twice a month TOPdesk will provide lunch for those who are in the office that day.
Continuous learning
For adapting to the changing world, it is important to continuously grow and develop both professionally and personally. We ensure that you can do that and add value to you and the company via attending training, knowledge sharing, and business trips.
