We want this data to be safe with us, which is why we expect you to treat all the data you come into contact with with care. If you need to share the data, make sure you understand the implications of doing so and follow the proper procedure. If you want to share something about TOPdesk online, such as on social media, we ask that you express yourself appropriately.
Conversely, TOPdesk is also very careful with your personal information. We will not share your address, phone number or private email address without your knowledge.
In addition to data, it is also important to us that you are careful with physical materials belonging to TOPdesk or your colleagues. TOPdesk is not responsible for any damage to employees’ property.

On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, you can exit via the stairwell or via the marked windows. On
the ground floor, the exit via one of the windows can also be used. All persons then proceed to
the assembly point at the rear of the parking lot and wait there for instructions from the
evacuation assistants.
The first aiders on the floors are deployed as evacuation assistants. In the event of an evacuation, they put on the yellow high-visibility vests and ensure that the building is evacuated quickly and calmly from top to bottom. They check whether all employees have made their way to the exit and also check the restrooms, kitchens and other rooms.
