What will the job look like?

You will be the team lead for inside sales and account management in Orlando. These teams have to contribute to the further growth of TOPdesk USA and work on the TOPdesk ambitions.  You will be part of the management team in USA.

You have a clear vision and plan for your team and team members and understand how these also fit to the goals and development of TOPdesk USA. You know how to connect and strengthen your personal ambitions to the talents within your team. You know how to make use of the freedom and trust to develop new initiatives. You will take responsibility for the results of the team and yourself.

As a team lead you will make your team members excel and grow. You will give them perspective on their current and future job. You will stimulate them to make choices in their development and encourage initiatives. Regarding coaching, you know what your team members need to grow and will make smart use of other experts within TOPdesk. You will be proactively taking steps with your colleagues from your team and other teams to bring TOPdesk to the next level.

Where will you be working?

TOPdesk USA is in the process of building a new office space! Currently, we are 100% remote with an outlook of opening the new office in 2022.

Topics will be about personal leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, ins and outs on job interviews, giving appraisals, giving and taking feedback and several business aspects of our organization.

You will take part in management meetings and are a sparring partner to your colleagues, staff and director. You will be part of setting the strategy for your team for the foreseeable years.
