TOPdesk is looking to expand the sales team of our USA office with enthusiastic multi-skilled applicants with a passion for sales, and an interest in technology. We are looking for motivated individuals whit a high sense of responsibility and initiative. You have the opportunity to explore and build your responsibilities quickly within the environment of an international market leader in its field. If you want to massively improve or learn outstanding sales skills and behaviors, while getting paid and generating outstanding results, this is perfect for you. AS a sales intern, you work hands on with the sales team. You will be the front line to the sales processes. Dealing with multiple customer, talking to prospective clients and assisting the rest of the sales team.

Duties:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to help potential customers better understand if their is a fit for their business with TOPdesk
  • Establish connections with potential customers through phone and chat, to assist them by answering questions, setting up demos with the account manager, etc.
  • Perform outbound follow-up sales calls with online and show generated leads
  • Understanding customer needs and transforming insight into one on one demos with an account manager.

  • Strong computer and customer service skills
  • Affinity for IT, technology and customer relations
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive attitude; looking to take on responsibility rapidly
  • Enthusiastic and pro-active; think quickly and solve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Can work well both independently and in a team
  • University students preferable
