TOPdesk is looking to expand its sales team in our US office with an enthusiastic multi-skilled applicant with a passion for sales, and an interest in technology. Your primary focus is expected to be bringing in new business in addition to nurturing existing customer accounts. To achieve this, you will need to work closely with internal sales teams, marketing, and implementation consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and add value to customer expectations. You can explore and build your responsibilities quickly within the environment of an international market leader in its field. If you want to massively improve or learn outstanding sales skills and behaviors, while getting paid and generating outstanding results, this is perfect for you.

Duties:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to help potential customers better understand if there is a fit for their business with TOPdesk
  • Establish connections with potential customers through phone and video, to assist them by answering questions, performing demos, etc.
  • Perform follow-up conversations and relationship building with customers
  • Work seamlessly alongside inside sales, marketing, support, and consultancy.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Up to 5 years work experience in sales
  • Genuine interest in technology and software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and pro-active; think quickly and solve problems efficiently and effectively
  • Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Can work individually and in a team
