Event and Partnership Coordinator

What will you do as Event + Partnership Coordinator?
Understanding the industry in which we operate and collaborating with both local and global TOPdesk marketing teams to help unify local strategy will be an important challenge for the successful candidate.

Collaboration with the sales team is also a must! Some of the initiatives you will be working on are: building relationships with relevant organizations in the tech industry, facilitating webinars for new business, coordinating logistics around in person events and making relationships with our event partners. This role also gives you freedom to explore and bring new ideas to engage our customer community and facilitate industry events.

The role will be an addition to our US Marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Team Lead.

Where will you be working?

TOPdesk USA is going to be moving to a new office in July! This role will be working hybrid between the office and your home.

Job Requirements

As Event + Partnership Coordinator, you:

• Research and plan events where TOPdesk should have a presence in order to generate leads
• Are responsible for the organization of all American trade shows, conferences, and online events TOPdesk will attend
• Dive into the details of planning external events, ensuring presentations and speakers are lined-up, and logistics with internal and external stakeholders are taken care of
• Coordinate all marketing-related resources as they relate to events: videos, whitepapers, SWAG, booth design, and other marketing deliverables/initiatives
• Help generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through events
• Are responsible for creating and tracking goals and KPIs as they relate to events and webinars
• Are responsible for planning, attending, and coordinating TOPdesk-hosted events
• Use HubSpot and ON24, organize and coordinate all American webinar and online event initiatives
• Assemble a yearly event and webinar calendar
• Research partnership opportunities within America and build connections
• Create relationships with relevant organizations to promote TOPdesk to their database
• Work with the North American marketing team to help generate MQLs
