What to expect?

TOPdesk is looking to expand its USA team with an enthusiastic multi-skilled applicant comfortable with performing a broad range of HR, Finance and administrative duties. In this position, the selection and recruitment of new colleagues will be a big part of your responsibilities as well as other HR related tasks. Also, you will be the link between different departments within TOPdesk by supporting some other core finance and administration processes. As the team grows, your role within the organization will evolve with the choice of further growth in either HR or Finance.

 

Duties:

  • Prepare job descriptions for open positions, source resumes and interview candidates
  • Assist in recruitment events, such as career fairs
  • Coordinate the new customer’s onboarding processes
  • Act as the primary liaison with several departments including sales, marketing, and consultancy
  • Ensure physical setup is complete for all newly hired including phones, workspaces, and computers
  • Run/generate monthly employee data reports
  • Assist management with a variety of tasks
