Not quite sure what Service Management is? It’s the science behind every step of customer service. When you work in Service Management you help organisations take care of their customers. From the technology they use, to the processes and people involved, you digitally transform their way of working. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be responsible for building a vast and valuable network of C-Level executives and professionals from the IT and Facilities industries, while nurturing new business leads and qualifying their ongoing project.
Much like the wider TOPdesk team, our team of BDE’s are spread across our offices in Manchester and London. They work closely alongside each other, as well as our Lead Generation and Inside Sales teams as part of the TOPdesk sales cycle. You’ll also join over 800 TOPdesk employees worldwide, all with unique and individual knowledge that you can utilise.
