Due to the recurring success of our business, we are expanding our team and are looking for a full-time HR Manager to join either our London or Manchester office.
Our most important commodity as a business is our people, this role will be the go-to for all personnel-related considerations. The HR Manager will facilitate the continued success of team members, upskilling colleagues and ensuring we continue to be a superb choice for professionals working within the ITSM industry. They will be a person of vision who is responsible for developing our process and procedure pertaining to all aspects of HR. They will help the management team at TOPdesk UK to further professionalize our internal workings and maintain the excellent feedback we receive as an employer leading to further recognition within the industry.
The successful candidate will thoroughly review and evaluate HR practice across all areas of the business and will be committed to encouraging an inspiring, productive and enjoyable working environment. They will be conscious of the evolving needs of both UK offices in London and Manchester, committed to ensuring both locations act as one in terms of working culture and enjoy the same levels of HR support.
