• Lead and manage the UK consultancy team, currently consisting of 3 consultants.
• Drive efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction within the consultancy services.
• Keep track of billability, quarterly and yearly targets, budget and capacity planning.
• Work closely with the Global Customer Domain to elevate consultancy services to the next level.
• You are responsible, together with your fellow local management team members, to balance all company goals for the local team in order to make the UK branch as a whole successful.
• Coach, develop, and appraise consultants to ensure continuous growth.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and future business planning.
• In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will deliver some amount of consultancy hours to customers alongside their management duties, given the current consultancy team size.

• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience in consultancy.
• Excellent team leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing consultants.
• The ability to implement strategies and drive consultancy improvements.
• Experience in budgeting and financial awareness – essential for this role.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with customer escalations and meeting delivery deadlines.
• An engaging personality, capable of building and maintaining a strong team.
• ITIL certification (preferred).
