What are you going to do as a Salesforce Product Manager?
We are currently on the beginning of our Salesforce journey, and you will be playing a crucial role in how we could get the most out of the product to support our business goals best. Your days will be a mix of strategy, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving. You’ll help shape the Salesforce roadmap, translate business needs into clear user stories together with our sales teams, and coordinate with revenue operations, performance enablement, IT, and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll regularly connect with colleagues from sales, marketing, finance, and customer service to understand their challenges, validate ideas, and measure the impact of what we build. Your role sits right at the heart of our commercial operations, where business meets technology.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Always keeping the business goals in mind and approach technical feasibility from this perspective, not the other way around.
- Understanding of the bigger Marketing and Sales Tech stack to better support the Revenue goals.
- Defining and maintaining the Salesforce product vision and roadmap.
- Translating user needs into functional requirements that make sense.
- Coordinating development and testing with internal and external teams.
- Supporting successful rollouts through training, documentation, and change management.
- Using data to improve continuously and launch new initiatives.
What you’ll be working toward:
- A Salesforce setup that empowers our sales and customer teams.
- More efficient processes for opportunity management, quoting, and renewals.
- Strong data integrity and consistent user adoption across regions.
- Clear impact through feature success metrics and user feedback.
Where will you end up?
In our London office! You’ll join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team which is a global team that helps drive efficiency and growth across all commercial activities. With team members based in both the UK and the Netherlands, you’ll work together on strategy, reporting, and optimizing processes.
As our Salesforce Product Manager, you’ll collaborate daily with sales teams around the world. Your goal? Making sure Salesforce truly supports their way of working: removing friction, streamlining workflows, and helping them hit their targets. You’ll be right at the crossroads of global sales, operations, and technology, ensuring our systems grow alongside the business.

- Familiarity with CPQ, RCA, or RCB will give you a strong edge in this role.
- Your experience with complementary marketing and sales tools is highly valued and helps streamline operations.
- A solid grasp of process automation and data workflows that enables you to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Your technical literacy allows you to assess the scalability and maintainability of our tech stack with confidence.
- Agile methodologies are second nature to you, and you know how to apply them effectively across teams.
