TOPdesk Norge has in few years developed into a fast growth part of the branch. What are you going to do?

The main responsibility for Account Manager in Team Profit is to generate new business from new prospects (none- existing clients). AM will be responsible to build own pipeline / leads within the sectors of Team Profit in agreement with Business Unit Manager. AM will be responsible for own budget and contribute to overall team-budget being a team-player.

You should possess the ability to seek new opportunities proactively and utilize the variety of sales techniques and strategies to grow business and revenue, whilst working cross-departmentally to drive business within your vertical. What would you be doing:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to help potential customers better understand if there is a fit for their business with TOPdesk
  • Establish connections with potential customers through phone, video, and social media to assist them by answering questions, performing demos, also attending, and performing at live and web-events.Perform follow-up conversations and relationship building with customers.
  • Work seamlessly alongside and inside the whole team of sales, marketing, support, and consultancy

Office at Lysaker Brygge

Your primary focus is expected to be bringing in new business. To achieve this, you will need to work closely with internal sales teams, marketing, and implementation consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and add value to customer expectations.

The role is towards private sector and is a part of our local multidisciplinary team of 7 – now expanding to 9 people. We are currently 15 employees at TOPdesk Norge AS and aim to be 20 be the end of 2021.

Job requirements

  • What do we expect from you?
    • Bachelor degree with 2 years work experience in sales as a minimum
    • Genuine interest in technology and software
    • Enthusiastic and pro-active; think quickly and like to solve problems efficiently and effectively
    • Very good interpersonal and communication skills both in Norwegian and English
    • Willing to learn with a positive, can-do, and go-get hunter attitude
    • Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
    • Can work individually and in a team
    • Strong-willed, outgoing, enthusiastic, result-oriented with winning mentality attitude
