As a Web Lead, you will be the driving force behind our recently redesigned website. Together with your team, you will develop a vision for the future and implement strategies to drive growth and ensure quality. You will coordinate web projects with internal and external parties such as SEO specialists, UX designers and (web) developers.

You will foster collaboration between TOPdesk marketers worldwide, as our website attracts customers in no less than 11 countries! You will not be satisfied until every local marketer is using the website and content management system (CMS) to its full potential.

In this new role, you will shape the way we use the website as a marketing tool at TOPdesk. You will always have your (team) goals in mind. You will monitor and analyse web traffic, conversion rates and user behaviour, identifying where profits can be made by implementing new features or fixing bugs. In short, you will oversee our website’s quality, accuracy and functionality.

In the Funnel Optimisation & eXperience (FOX) team at our head office in Delft! TOPdesk has offices in eleven countries, each with a high degree of autonomy, but we also work together as much as possible. As you can see, you are far from alone. You are part of a creative team that collaborates daily with other enthusiastic TOPdesks in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

• You have a degree in marketing, digital media, business or a related field.
• You have experience as a channel manager, project manager, web coordinator or similar role.
• You have a solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website best practices.
• You’ve got strong project management and coordination skills.
• You understand how to implement SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• You are familiar with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and GTM).
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to foster team spirit.
• You are a creative thinker with a focus on innovation.
• You speak fluent English and preferably Dutch.
