Are you the strategic product marketer who’s going to control our product marketing strategy? Are you entirely up-to-speed on what our customers seek in our product? What are you going to do as a product marketer?

Play a crucial role in product development, marketing and customer success management! You combine all these efforts into a go-to-market planning, messaging framework and marketing campaign enablement.

Every day, over a hundred developers work to ensure our products fulfil customers’ needs within a continuous deployment cycle. As a product marketer in our international Growth & Commerce (G&C) domain, you’re the key figure behind our product marketing strategy.

You build relationships with existing customers using our products to understand our target market’s needs and behaviours truly. By doing so, you provide your colleagues with feedback from the market. Our product and customer success teams share their strategy and priorities with you. With this information, you determine the best way to position and communicate our product’s value throughout its lifecycle.

With this product value in mind, you collaborate with our creatives and marketers to ensure the best product representation within our marketing expressions. You utilize existing as well as develop new content for communication and storytelling purposes, to position our product optimally.

You are the go-to person within G&C for input on marketable product developments. You also have regular contact with our customers, whether on the phone or at one of our events. At TOPdesk, you fulfil this role internationally for all TOPdesk branches.

Where will you end up?

At TOPdesk’s headquarters in Delft! TOPdesk has offices in 11 countries. Each office has a high degree of autonomy, but we also work collectively as much as possible by using global domains. As a product marketer, you’ll be part of one of these global domains: Growth & Commerce.

The ultimate goal of this domain is to increase TOPdesk’s global market share. To do so, the domain is further divided into three clusters. You will become part of the Retain & Expand cluster. This cluster aims to help our customers grow with proactive and personalized communication.

In this cluster, you will be part of a team that works Agile to create and add value. The team consists of creatives, marketers, commercial enablement, and customer success managers. Naturally, you will also cooperate closely with colleagues in our other disciples, such as Product & Development and commercial roles within an international context.

Are you our new product marketeer?

  • You know how to construct a strong product message and how to best market product features.
  • You have demonstrable product marketing experience, preferably in a B2B  environment.
  • You’re analytical and know how to measure the success of campaigns.
  • You find the IT target audience interesting.
  • You’re enthusiastic and entrepreneurial.
  • You’re able to work in an agile way.
  • You have strong verbal and written skills in English.
