What are you going to do as a people and culture manager?

Maximize your teams’ potential! As a People and Culture Manager, you’ll coordinate multiple ambitious TOPdesk teams across the Growth & Commerce domain. You’ll ensure that we always have the right people in place. You’ll monitor the culture, encourage positive team dynamics and ensure that your teams achieve their goals.

You won’t be on your own, of course. Every week, you’ll meet with domain experts and other team coordinators. Your vision and goals will be razor sharp in your mind and you’ll help teammates see how their personal goals connect to the big picture. To ensure that each team can perform optimally, you’ll keep a strategic eye on the workforce planning of your teams and subteams. In addition, you’ll support Product Owners and Scrum Masters in their leadership roles. You’ll provide feedback, explore opportunities and monitor progress. While doing so, you’ll maintain contact with stakeholders within the organization at all times.

Where will you be working?

At TOPdesk’s headquarters in Delft! TOPdesk has offices in 11 countries. Each office has a high degree of autonomy, but we also work collectively as much as possible by using global domains. As a People and Culture Manager, you’ll be part of the Growth & Commerce domain’s leadership team alongside the domain experts and the relevant executive. The ultimate goal of this domain is to increase TOPdesk’s global market share.

Growth & Commerce consists of three subdomains, each with its own goals: Inspire, Land and Retain & Expand. Initially, you will be responsible for about 35 people, but those teams will continue to grow. They offer current and future customers the best possible experience by constantly looking for the perfect match between our software, services and expertise on the one hand and our existing and potential customers on the other. This means, for example, that your teams will be quick to launch projects that increase TOPdesk’s brand awareness while also providing commercial colleagues with the right tooling, processes and knowledge to expand their customer activities. To accomplish this, your teams will work closely with their colleagues in marketing, sales, consultancy and development.
