Putting your stamp on how we use marketing data at TOPdesk! You’ll lay the strategic foundation on which your marketing colleagues can build, both internationally and locally. As an experienced data specialist, you’ll have full control over how you do that in this new role, but you’ll never be alone because helping each other is a key priority at TOPdesk.
Together with your team, you’ll ensure that the right data is available in the right way and at the right time. Your analyses and insights will enable marketers and account managers to make better budget choices, improve marketing performance and win the right customers.
From performing analyses to developing reports, you guide your marketing colleagues in following a clear, data-driven working method that results in consistent and reliable data. You’ll build dashboards for budgets, channels, campaigns, and sales and marketing performance. You’ll also create data models to identify opportunities. In addition, you’ll help set KPIs that match TOPdesk’s growth strategy and contribute to our long-term strategy for data in general and marketing data in particular.
You’ll join Team Funnel Optimization & eXperience (FOX) at our head office in Delft! TOPdesk has offices in 11 countries. Each office has a high degree of autonomy, but we also work collectively as much as possible by using global domains. Team FOX is part of our Growth & Commerce domain. The ultimate goal of this domain is to increase TOPdesk’s global market share.
As a marketing data analyst, you’ll also work closely with another global domain: Business Empowerment. This domain is responsible for our internal data warehouse and related applications. Of course, your work is international by nature so you’ll also have a lot of contact with marketers working at our offices abroad.
