Do you know how to create successful campaigns? As Marketing Campaign Lead you are responsible for TOPdesk’s brand awareness and demand generating campaigns. From briefing to implementation to evaluation, you can apply your marketing expertise to all processes!

What are you going to do as a Marketing Campaign Lead?

As Marketing Campaign Lead you are responsible for achieving campaign goals within the agreed domain, timing and budget. You work on these campaigns together with marketers from foreign branches, marketing agencies and local creatives.

Setting up a campaign means collaborating with various domains within TOPdesk to define campaign goals, target groups and key messages. This also includes creating a detailed campaign plan, including timeline and deliverables, all within budget. Throughout the entire campaign you monitor the results and report on progress. When a campaign ends, you deliver a detailed analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement and important lessons.

You ensure that processes run smoothly and that the team knows what to do and what to expect. As Marketing Campaign Lead, you oversee the important objectives and planning. At the same time you pay attention to details and look ahead to anticipate developments and what these mean for the team. Furthermore, you maintain contact with external agencies and internal stakeholders on topics such as concept realization, campaign performance and budget.

Where will you be working?

You will be working for two Inspire marketing teams: Team Brand Awareness, which will be your home-base, and Team Demand Generation. These multidisciplinary teams consist of a product owner, scrum master, marketers, copywriters and designers.

As a Marketing Campaign Lead you are part of our global marketing domain ‘Inspire’, based in our headquarters in Delft. Team Inspire is responsible for creating large-scale campaigns to increase TOPdesk brand awareness, as well as providing campaign scripts that our local marketing teams can implement. As a Marketing Campaign Lead, you manage the development and execution of campaigns from A to Z and ensure that campaigns effectively meet business objectives.
