Do you have a knack for creating engaging texts that tell readers exactly what they want to know? Can you combine your creativity with commercial smarts? And can you do it all in English? Then you’re the copywriter we’re looking for!

What are you going to do as an English Copywriter?

Whether you’re working on an online marketing campaign or a promotion for a series of webinars, as a TOPdesk copywriter you’ll always be busy. You’ll enjoy deep diving into our organization and the market to get all the information you need to create great copy. You’ll get to know your colleagues at our headquarters in Delft and our offices in other countries. And you’ll communicate with the people outside our organization who help us deliver valuable copy for existing and potential customers.

Together with your multidisciplinary scrum team, you’ll determine which tasks you’ll take on in upcoming sprints. You’ll then know who you need to approach, both inside and outside the organization, to help you develop your texts. Your work will be read internationally, so you’ll write in English. But if you’re equally skilled in writing in Dutch, you’ll have an immediate edge.

Where will you be working?

With our International Marketing and Communication department at our head office in Delft. This department consists of four multidisciplinary scrum teams responsible for marketing our products and services around the world. Each team has several marketers, a designer, a copywriter, a product owner and a scrum master. The department currently has three copywriters, and we’re looking for two more: one for Team Campaigns and another for Team Product and Customer Happiness.

Team Campaigns generates leads to add new customers to our customer portfolio, while Team Product and Customer Happiness focuses on our existing customers. Curious about your future colleagues? Take a look at this interview with Bart, Naïma and Daan (in Dutch).
