What are you going to do as Campaign Marketer?

Devise and create marketing campaigns! TOPdesk wants to keep growing, and we can use a campaign genius to help us with that. So, how will you go about it? Together with a team of marketing and communication specialists, you’ll develop a multichannel campaign. Your specific focus? Drawing the attention of our potential customers. You devise and create campaign materials that fit into the ideal buyers’ journey. Your challenge? Coordinating the campaign from start to finish. Together with your team you make sure that the right message is used via the right channel to reach and activate potential customers.

To reach this audience, you can use our current communication channels (e.g., website, Google Ads, LinkedIn). Want to experiment? Yes, please! We encourage you to try outside-the-box things via promising new channels. You have the guts and enthusiasm to keep learning within your field of expertise and to translate this to new activities and campaigning methods. You, and your team, are responsible for getting the best campaign result: a load of qualified leads for our Sales teams.

Where will you work?

You’ll work for international marketing together with 27 immediate colleagues and over 40 field marketers from different countries. You’re part of a multidisciplinary team in Delft that focuses on creating new business leads. Who else works in that team? Well, other marketing specialists, designers and copywriters. The team is part of the larger international marketing vertical at TOPdesk with marcom specialists from Belgium to Brazil, working across 11 country borders with the same goal: build a solid marketing machine for TOPdesk.

Are you our new Campaign Marketer?

  • You have a college or university degree and experience as campaign marketeer from a previous job and have the ambition to become a real campaign specialist.
  • You immerse yourself in the buyers’ journey and translates this to a campaign goal and flow.
  • You know your way in the world of organic traffic and paid ads.
  • You have experience with marketing automations and CRM tooling (preferably HubSpot and MS Dynamics).
  • You love data and numbers, can monitor campaigns, and adjust when necessary.
  • You’re an all-rounder who uses the right channels and is always looking for successful multichannel campaigns.
  • You’re a communicative team player who creates structure and overview for the team.
  • You love to learn and try new things to make your campaigns even better.
  • You’re a go-getter who creates successful campaigns and comes with advice to make our marketing better.
  • You’re analytical, creates goals and lives by them.
