Get us certified! TOPdesk continues to grow, and with more customers, come more questions and even more demands regarding our internal processes. For example: Healthcare customers want HIPAA or NEN-certification, the Dutch Government wants a BIO-report, others want to know how our SOC2-certification corresponds to ISO27001.

We have questions that need to be answered. Which standards do we want to adhere to? Do we just need to report on what we do, or should we change our processes? How can we make colleagues aware of the importance of these standards? We need you to help us make the right decisions.

As our new internal auditor, you are the main contact person about internal processes at TOPdesk. You will define our company’s roadmap towards compliance. You update, prioritize and adjust what needs to happen. You actively contribute to a compliance culture and take part in the audit process of our existing certifications.

At TOPdesk’s headquarters in Delft! You will be part of the IT security team, Team Locky. This team is dedicated to improving the security of our data and loves to come up with bad puns in the meantime.

TOPdesk has offices in 11 countries. Each office has a high degree of autonomy, but we also work collectively as much as possible by using global domains. Team Locky is part of the Business Empowerment domain. This domain is all about empowering TOPdesk to be a learning and professional organization with efficient and secure processes to support the organization. Within the Business Empowerment domain, you will work with the other internal IT teams, our legal department and the Data Protection Guild, among others.
