Do you have a minor obsession with software and processes? Do you like nothing better than helping out colleagues with the best service and know-how? Do you get a kick out of implementing and updating the latest software packages? TOPdesk is looking to recruit a serious application manager!
Your job is to help people work more effectively and more efficiently. Day to day, you will be answering functional questions and solving minor issues that occur in a range of software applications. You can easily identify which issues are most urgent and prioritize them accordingly. You’ll also be responsible for the day-to-day running of all the various software applications used by 100 to 200 TOPdesk colleagues in 10 different countries.
What kind of software is it? All the software that supports the processes of departments such as Sales, Finance and HR, including Microsoft Dynamics, invoicing systems, contract monitoring, employee registration and business intelligence software. In addition to the existing packages, you will also be involved in designing and implementing new software and processes. Giving a training course on a topic such as: “How to get the most from tool XXX!” will be water off a duck’s back for you.
In Team Hubble! Team Hubble is a 4-member team of internationally oriented individuals. This means: you’ll be speaking and writing in English every day! The team is focused on streamlining financial and commercial processes. At present, they manage the internal applications and also handle data issues relating to the various software applications used in all TOPdesk offices around the world!
