At one of our TOPdesk offices in Delft or Tilburg! Besides working with a development team, you’ll become a member of the UX guild. The UX guild is part of the development department, scattered over three countries: the Netherlands, Germany and Hungary. The team comprises 20 passionate UX designers and researchers eager to create user-centred software.

There is also room to visit conferences, such as UXInsight. Moreover, you can allocate 10% of your time for training according to your preferences, such as exploring new research methods.

• You are creative and solution-oriented.

• You have at least two years of experience in a similar role, such as interaction designer and multimedia designer.
• You love to create intuitive interactions, and appealing user interfaces for complex business processes.
• You’re able to translate your research findings into user-friendly design concepts and explain these to your colleagues.
• Your strong portfolio proves your analytical skills and shows your approach to research, concept development and design.
• You have good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Nice to have: you know about accessibility (A11y).
