Are you a talker and a listener? Are you a great organizer and motivator? Would you like to apply Scrum in a context other than software development? We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to strengthen TOPdesk’s global Growth & Commerce domain.
As Scrum Master, you’ll be part of the Growth & Commerce scrum team and responsible for bolstering effective collaboration within your team. You’ll achieve this by working closely with the Product Owner. You’ll make sure there’s a strong feedback loop, facilitate productive team meetings and help remove obstacles. You’ll ensure the continuous improvement of processes and techniques and encourage experimentation. With your help, the team will become increasingly mature and effective.
You’ll also create awareness of Agile topics and support the interaction between your team and other internal stakeholders to maintain a strong connection with the organization. Together with the other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach, you’ll work on aligning processes within the department and improving their effectiveness.
At TOPdesk’s headquarters in Delft! TOPdesk has offices in 11 countries. Each office has a high degree of autonomy, but we also work collectively as much as possible by using global domains. As Scrum Master , you’ll be part of one of these global domains: Growth & Commerce! The ultimate goal of this domain is to increase TOPdesk’s global market share.
You and your colleagues will work together to identify the perfect match between our software, services and knowledge, and our existing and potential customers. For example, you’ll work on initiatives to increase TOPdesk’s brand awareness while also providing commercial colleagues with the tooling, processes and knowledge they need to expand their activities with customers. To accomplish this, your team will work closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, consultancy and development.
You’ll ensure that you all collaborate to achieve your shared goals in a dynamic, agile working environment. And, of course, you’ll also take the time to celebrate your shared successes along the way!
