We are looking for a Product Owner who will work with our development teams in Budapest.
You’ll work in the International Product Development department. As Product Owner, you work to develop and market a great service management software. You focus on customer value through the product. You use your knowledge of the market and actively involve customers, partners and colleagues to create visions for the product.
Of course, you’re not only creating visions. These product visions form the basis of what you will collaborate on with one or multiple development teams. For these teams, you represent the customer. You give a team of developers, consisting of programmers, testers and designers, insight into the customers’ perspective and challenge them to make a product that adds value for the customer.
You’re also responsible for delivering the built products to customers, as well as ensuring a successful launch and adoption. You have excellent communication skills, so you successfully work together with colleagues from all departments and branches. It also means you market the product to customers, and you ensure that the business can sell, implement, and support the product.
As our team is looking to improve our skills and market knowledge, you contribute by bringing your experience to the table. You will closely work with our Development department of more than 100 developers. You will also closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
TOPdesk is an international software and consultancy company specialized in Service Management processes. We develop a single standardized web application. Because our application is standardized, we have a strong focus on the quality and usability of our product. TOPdesk Magyarország Kft. is located in the heart of Budapest, next to Fővám square.
