TOPdesk is a standardised service management software used by millions of users of our more than 4500 customers on a daily basis. We are looking for a Developer Experience Engineer who is passionate about making our software developers’ life easier across all our development branches.
As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will work in the Hungarian branch of TOPdesk. However, you will be part of an international Agile team (DevEx team) that has members across The Netherlands, Germany and Hungary, currently consisting of four developers, a product owner and a scrum master. The customers of your team will be the developers from the rest of the company.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that software developers of TOPdesk can do their daily job as efficient as possible. To achieve that you will monitor, maintain and continuously improve the development infrastructure. By taking care of the deployment pipeline, you will also make sure that the shiny new features of TOPdesk reach our customers.
It can often happen that you have to develop various tools that are supporting our developers’ work. You will have a lot of room for learning and experimenting with new technologies.
