TOPdesk is an international software company in the field of service management with 900 employees in 11 countries and 4,000 customers worldwide. For our location in Budapest, Hungary we are looking for agile coaches for multiple teams.
Using agile methods and principles, you help the domain Product Manager define clear outcomes that are aligned with business goals, and you help the Team Coordinator to organize people and processes so the teams can reach their highest potential.
This includes the following concrete tasks:
TOPdesk has grown into an organization with now more than 1000 employees internationally and a growing product development department with about 150 employees. Our 16 development teams are spread across four locations in three countries: Kaiserslautern (DE), Budapest (HU), Delft (NL) and Tilburg (NL). The department is divided into separate domains, each with their own value stream.
As an Agile Coach, you will support (at least) one of these domains. Each domain can contain multiple teams. Furthermore, you’ll be a member of the domain leadership team, together with a product manager and team coordinator. In this team, you’re responsible to make sure that domain has the processes they need to function to their fullest.
