TOPdesk is an international software company in the field of service management with 900 employees in 11 countries and 4,000 customers worldwide. For our location in Budapest, Hungary we are looking for agile coaches for multiple teams.

What are you going to do as an Agile Coach?

Using agile methods and principles, you help the domain Product Manager define clear outcomes that are aligned with business goals, and you help the Team Coordinator to organize people and processes so the teams can reach their highest potential.

This includes the following concrete tasks:

  • Facilitate sessions for teams to collaboratively define a vision for their domain and translate that vision into a long-term roadmap and clearly scoped projects,
  • Help the domain to establish agile practices and work as a high performing unit
  • Help the domain to take ownership of its domain
  • Ensure the domain develops a strong feedback loop, a mindset for critical reflection and continuous improvements

Where will you be working?

TOPdesk has grown into an organization with now more than 1000 employees internationally and a growing product development department with about 150 employees. Our 16 development teams are spread across four locations in three countries: Kaiserslautern (DE), Budapest (HU), Delft (NL) and Tilburg (NL).  The department is divided into separate domains, each with their own value stream.

As an Agile Coach, you will support (at least) one of these domains. Each domain can contain multiple teams. Furthermore, you’ll be a member of the domain leadership team, together with a product manager and team coordinator. In this team, you’re responsible to make sure that domain has the processes they need to function to their fullest.

You could be our new Agile Coach if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience coaching multiple teams
  • Extensive knowledge about Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to find rhythm and collaboration across multiple teams and for the domain at large
  • Ability to bring structure to ways of working and conversations
  • Ability and drive to turn ideas and experiments into action
  • Excellent moderation and facilitation skills
