Our Employer Awards
In 2024, we have been honored with numerous employer awards! For the third time, we have won the Lovable Workplace award organized by dreamjobs.hu. This recognition is given to companies where, according to both the professional jury and the public, it is the best place to work. Additionally, we competed for the beneFit Prize, where in the small business category we received the following awards:

beneFit Prize Employer Awards
Awards At the beneFit Prize awards ceremony, the most caring companies were recognized. A total of 104 companies participated in the competition, representing more than 427,000 employees. The evaluation of the applications was based on a comprehensive set of criteria that primarily assessed the efforts companies make for the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of their employees. The total amount of the entry fees was donated to the Pediatric Clinic of Semmelweis University for charitable purposes.
Our company won 2nd place with our professional application, placing us among the most caring companies of the year.. The comprehensive application evaluation considered factors such as mental health support, health maintenance, work-life balance, legal security, fringe benefits, opportunities for sports, healthy eating, family support, and assistance to Generation Z employees. We are particularly pleased that based on public votes, we achieved 1st place as the best employer in our category.
Family-Friendly Workplace
We received the Family-Friendly Workplace special award from dm Hungary Ltd. In our application, we highlighted the measures we take to support our employees with families:

– We gift every newborn with a baby package,
– We organize special programs for our colleagues’ children (e.g., Santa Claus afternoon),
– We maintain continuous contact with colleagues on maternity leave and provide the full amount of cafeteria benefits (proportionally for part-time work) during the initial period of their absence, and they remain health insured.
– We flexibly manage the return to work after the birth of a child, with special consideration for part-time work and working from home. Additionally, we provide 10 days of paid leave for new fathers.
– We welcome our colleagues’ children in online meetings, and there has even been an instance where one of our colleagues conducted a job interview with her child on her lap.

Fringe Benefits Rewin Hungary Ltd. recognized our benefits package. At the awards ceremony, they highlighted among others:

- – the additional 5 days of annual leave,
- – the December holiday bonus, which is 96% of the monthly salary,
- – the opportunity for profit-sharing,
- – the elimination of Saturday workdays,
- – and the fact that our colleagues can spend 1% of their working hours on volunteering.
These measures not only support the well-being of our colleagues but also contribute to their long-term commitment and satisfaction.
Professional Award 2nd Place
We are proud to have been recognized with multiple awards, as these successes confirm that we are on the right path. We owe special thanks to our colleagues, as their work, perseverance, and dedication make us a lovable and caring workplace.
We donated the vouchers received from dm and Rewin to charity. We gifted them to the Erzsébet Transitional Home for Families, which provides temporary shelter for 10 families, easing their daily struggles and helping to create a permanent home.
