Monetary Compensation
Fixed Annual Bonus
Every December, our colleagues receive an annual bonus equivalent to 8% of their annual salary. If someone starts or leaves the company mid-year, they will receive the pro-rata amount for that year.
Profit Sharing
If we close a year with a profit, our colleagues will also receive in a percentage of the profit.
Cafeteria
We provide a monthly SZÉP card amount to our employees.
Glasses Support
If a doctor prescribes glasses for screen work, TOPdesk will reimburse 50% of the cost up to a certain amount.
IT Equipment
Every colleague receives a high-quality laptop from the first day, and for certain positions, they can choose between a Dell or MacBook. In addition, wireless headphones are provided, and if the job requires it, a company phone is also available.
Health-related Benefits
Full Day Off for Blood Donation
If you donate blood, you are legally entitled to half a day off. We reward social responsibility and want to support our colleagues’ good deeds, so the blood donation day can be taken as a full day off.
Private Health Insurance
From your first day, you are automatically covered by our Medicover health insurance, which allows you to participate in various medical exams in a premium environment without long waiting times.
Company Massage
Every month, TOPdesk provides a 15-minute massage for each of our colleagues.
Life1 Fitness Membership
In 2025, every colleague will receive an unlimited, company-sponsored membership to Life1 fitness centers. This benefit allows access to any gym, offering over 40 group classes.
All You Can Move SportPass (AYCM)
With the AYCM card, you can choose from 800 sports service providers nationwide. You can select from various options according to your needs, but it is important to note that the membership is paid by the employee.
Volunteering
Every colleague can spend 1% of their working hours on volunteering, which means 2.5 days for full-time employees. Whether it is a volunteer action organized by TOPdesk or a cause of personal importance, the focus is on selfless help. We believe that volunteering benefits the community, while also providing personal enrichment and team-building opportunities.
Work-Life Balance
5 Extra Days Off
We believe in maintaining a work-life balance, so we introduced an additional 5 days off for our colleagues. Colleagues can use these extra days off at their discretion, whether for recreation or quality time with their families. Overall, the number of days off provided by the company ranges from 25 to 35 days, depending on age.
Validated Absence for Saturday Workdays
Saturday workdays are always considered validated absences, so employees do not need to use a day off to cover them.
Baby Package + Discounts for Mothers
We support and welcome back mothers on maternity leave, so during the first period, we provide the full SZÉP card amount (pro-rata for part-time employees), and Medicover insurance continues for them. Upon the birth of a child, the newborn will receive a baby package from us, which includes a drugstore voucher, a TOPdesk logo blanket, and a plush toy. We also handle the return of mothers flexibly, especially regarding part-time work.
Paid Time Off for Fathers
New fathers are entitled to 10 days of paid leave after the birth of their child. According to the law, the first 5 days are fully paid, and the second 5 days are paid at 50%. However, our company has decided to cover the second part fully as well, as a gesture of congratulations.
Unpaid Leave Option
We are not opposed to taking unpaid leave if someone wants to go on a longer trip or take a break for other reasons. However, the leave must be agreed upon in advance with the manager and the team.
Home Office
The option to work from home is available to our colleagues, with equipment provided after the probation period (desk, chair, monitor, mouse, etc.). We are flexible with home office usage, but we prefer to meet with all our colleagues at least twice a week at our sunny and spacious office at Váci Utca Center.

Team-Building Activities
TOPdesk Lunches
Every two weeks, we host a culinary journey, and everyone can freely choose from multiple dishes. We also consider vegetarian, vegan, and colleagues with dietary restrictions when selecting the meals.
Energising Months
Twice a year, we organize thematic months to refresh our colleagues. We prepare a variety of programs, such as sound baths, tea tasting, cocoa drinking, cooking together, yoga, meditation, wardrobe and book exchange, just to name a few.
Ping-Pong Table, Pinball, Darts, and Foosball in the Office
If you need a break between meetings, just ask a colleague and enjoy some fun together at the foosball or ping-pong table, or get lost in the pinball machine.
Borrel
This special Friday afternoon social event brings us together to relax after a productive week and get to know each other better. We play foosball or ping-pong, and we can also enjoy a selection from our wine fridge.
Summer Party, Christmas Party, and Annual Meeting
Every August, we hold an unforgettable summer party where the entire Budapest office is invited. In the summer of 2023, for example, we visited “Tordasi Westernfalu”, where we recreated the world of Western movies. In addition, every December, we have a Christmas party to celebrate colleagues who have had a milestone year. We also start the new year with an annual meeting, where we review the successes of the previous year and set the goals for the upcoming year. In January 2024, we held our meeting at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, where we enjoyed a guided tour and a delicious dinner.

We provide an annual budget for team-building events because we consider off-site programs important for strengthening team cohesion.
