• Usage research and optimization of usability
• Development of user-oriented designs for our service management software
• Simple and intuitive design of our software
• Creation of interface and interaction designs with e.g. Figma or similar tools
• Use of methods such as personas, design principles and design reviews
• Consideration of accessibility (A11y)

• Completed university studies or equivalent training in the field of User Experience Design or comparable
• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to translate user research findings into user-friendly design concepts
• Passion for creating intuitive interactions and engaging user interfaces for complex business processes
• Very good English skills to communicate on an international level
• Experience in developing a design system using Figma is an advantage
• Knowledge of Adobe basic application desirable
