TOPdesk is an international software company in the field of service management with 900 employees in 11 countries and 5.000 customers worldwide. For our location in Kaiserslautern, founded in 2004, we are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d)* to support our Development department.

Your environment
Our 20+ developer teams are spread across four locations in three countries: Kaiserslautern (DE), Budapest (HU), Delft (NL) and Tilburg (NL). You will work closely with other product owners, UX specialists and the product manager as part of one or more teams within a product cell. You will also be an active member of the international Product Management team, which includes all Product Managers and Product Owners.

Your job

  • Generate value for our customers with your product portfolio
  • Work closely with an international, cross-functional team of developers
  • Represent the customer’s perspective in the Scrum team
  • Create product visions based on market insights and by interacting with customers, colleagues, development teams and other stakeholders
  • Relate and prioritize your products to the global business strategy
  • Engage closely with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

  • Completed university studies or vocational training, preferably in the IT field
  • Experience in the creation, design or implementation of software products
  • Ability to clearly articulate relationships between larger business goals and small backlog elements
  • Experience with Scrum
  • Thinking and acting with an outside-in perspective
  • Ability to translate experience and knowledge into customer value
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to achieve measurable success with customers
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of English in order to communicate on an international level
