TOPdesk is an international software company in the field of service management with 900 employees in 11 countries and 4,000 customers worldwide. For our location in Kaiserslautern, founded in 2004, we are looking for a Head of User Experience (m/f/d) to support our international UX team.
Our 16 development teams are spread across four locations in three countries: Kaiserslautern (DE), Budapest (HU), Delft (NL) and Tilburg (NL). In the coming years, TOPdesk will invest in outstanding customer experience and high-performing UX teams. As Head of UX we need you to drive organisational change for UX, ensure increasing UX maturity and create and establish a user-centric product vision as a member of our product management team.
TOPdesk has grown into an organisation with now more than 1000 employees internationally and a growing product development department with about 150 employees. Our organisation is constantly evolving to meet and exceed market expectations. We focus on increasing the maturity of UX by embedding UX into product management, adapting the team structure and establishing a dedicated research team.
In our product development department, the Head of UX is a member of the product management team, together with the Enterprise Architect and Senior Product Managers. The Head of UX reports to the Head of Product.
