Permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation

We prioritize long-term collaboration and therefore offer permanent employment contracts as a standard. At the same time, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is especially important to us.

For relaxation and personal time off, we provide 30 days of vacation annually. Additionally, special leave of one to two days is granted for significant life events such as weddings or relocations.

Holiday pay

Good performance and commitment are appreciated and rewarded with a special payment – for example, for a few extra hours of vacation. The holiday pay is paid out together with the salary in June.

Monthly tax-free benefit in the form of a Mastercard

At TOPdesk, every employee receives a givve® Card after successfully completing the probationary period. This prepaid card can be used at all Mastercard acceptance locations or with givve® partner merchants. Please note that online payments are not supported.

Opportunity for a sabbatical to satisfy your wanderlust

Sometimes, a longer break is needed – whether for a personal project, an extended trip, or simply for personal development. In such cases, we offer the possibility of paid leave ranging from one to six months, provided all requirements are met. Your position will, of course, remain secure even during extended absences.
