We are looking for a Marketing Automation Coordinator in Canada who will report to the team lead of North America marketing. You will be working heavily in HubSpot to create marketing email campaigns to nurture leads and educate prospects on our brand, TOPdesk.

TOPdesk is an ESM software SaaS company based out of Delft, The Netherlands. Our Canadian office is located in Toronto. We help organizations streamline their IT services, so they are able to resolve tickets and ultimately elevate the lives of employees.

About the job:

This candidate will work within the automation and content creation team while occasionally supporting the rest of the North American marketing team. The main objective of this role is to generate MQLs for TOPdesk in North America.

Are you our new Marketing Automation Coordinator?

  • Experience with writing clear, persuasive copy/content (short-form and long-form) for a wide array of channels (web, print, email, social, etc.) and audiences.
  • Experience working in HubSpot, Marketo and/or Salesforce (or comparable platforms).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing/Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent grammatical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Ability to work well within all levels of an organization and interact confidently with other team members.
  • Self-motivated and an out-of-the-box thinker who’s comfortable bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Preferred but not necessary: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, and Canva.
