TOPdesk Canada is growing! And as we’re blossoming, we need bright-minded people to join our sales department. Do you have an interest in sales and technology? The Inside Sales position is perfect for ambitious, goal-driven individuals who wish to kickstart their sales career.
You are the first point of contact for potential customers as you follow up on leads that come in through various channels. For example, a potential customer can visit our website, request an online demo environment or will drop us a direct e-mail or phone call. You follow up on these requests and calls, qualify the leads and schedule an appointment for one of our BDMs if you see fit.
Some organizations follow an RFP – or tender – process when they are willing to purchase a new service management solution. You’ll be monitoring the tender portals for interesting opportunities and will be involved in creating and submitting proposals in case we decide to compete.
Eventually, when a deal is being made, you’ll make sure that everything around the purchase process runs as smoothly as possible. Next to creating a quote and/or purchasing agreement, you’ll be responsible for the admin in our CRM and financial tooling.

You work closely with your sales & marketing colleagues to expand the TOPdesk footprint within Canada. Together with the team you will discover potential opportunities and how we can make the best use of them! How you want to shape this is mostly up to you, at TOPdesk you get a lot of freedom to follow your own path in your first job as a sales rep.
No previous experience in sales? No problem. Our colleagues will teach you the tricks of the trade. You will be taught techniques that we apply and follow various training courses. We work with the Sandler method, which means your selling style is helpful and assertive, never aggressive. We think it is important to build a long-term relationship with happy customers!
