TOPdesk is looking to expand the sales team of our Canadian office with enthusiastic multi-skilled individuals. We are looking for motivated applicants with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

Your job: Inside Sales Associate

As an inside sales associate, you work in a team on your own sales projects and convert leads, to qualification calls and demo meetings. The focus is on finding potential clients that are a good fit for TOPdesk. You deal with multiple prospects and guide them through the sales process. You advise customers how to improve their service processes with our software. You are surrounded by enthusiastic colleagues and are part of a winning IT service management team. You will have the opportunity to explore and build your responsibilities quickly within the work field of a small office.

Do you lack sales experience ? No problem. You will be trained by experienced sales colleagues. You’ll learn the sales techniques that we apply and you’ll follow various training courses. Our goal for you is to become a good conversation partner for our customers. At TOPdesk we work towards attainable goals and our sales style is helpful and assertive, but never aggressive. We believe it is much more important to build long-term relationships with our customers instead of short-term successes.

Your profile:

  • Just graduated University – preferable with a focus on Business or Technology.
  • Genuine interest in technology and software
  • Customer orientated and commercially minded
  • Pragmatic and inquisitive
  • Superior time management skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
