What will you do?

As Event and Webinar Coordinator, you have a passion for event planning and online marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to use both in-person and virtual events to create positive TOPdesk experiences for prospects and customers. It is your responsibility to organize these events and webinars from beginning to end – with goals in mind to align with company and branch targets. You will be working with the local Canadian marketing team and colleagues from around the world to help make the most of your marketing efforts. 

Where will you work?  

Due to COVID-19, you are able to work both out of our North York location near Fairview Mall, as well as from home. But you can be found at different event locations as well. Why? Because when we attend events again, you may be on the floor to organize everything during an event. Or perhaps you’ll be talking to customers about the experience you’ve built!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, attending, and coordinating TOPdesk-hosted events 
  • Responsible for the organization of all Canadian trade shows, conferences, and online events TOPdesk will attend 
  • Dive into the details of planning external events, ensuring presentations and speakers are lined-up, and logistics with internal and external stakeholders are taken care of  
  • Responsible for creating and tracking goals and KPIs as they relate to events and webinars 
  • Using HubSpot and ON24, organize and coordinate all Canadian webinar and online event initiatives 
  • Research and planevents where TOPdesk should have a presence in order to generate leads 
  • Assemble a yearly event and webinar calendar 
  • Coordinate all marketing-related resources as they relate to events: whitepapers, SWAG, booth design, and other marketing deliverables/initiatives

  • new university graduate 
  • 1-2 years’ experience with event planning
  • A digital mind 
  • Problem-solver 
  • Self-motivated and hardworking 
  • Superb organizational skills 
  • HubSpot experience is an asset 
  • Genuine interest in event planning and marketing  
  • Webinar experience is an asset 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • French language considered an asset
