Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Set up, manage and optimise PPC campaigns (search, display, Youtube, mobile)
  • Write ad copy that converts
  • Use analytics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and keep the team updated on your success and learnings.
  • Assist the marketing team in drafting creative emails that will help nurture our leads and convert them into MQLs.
  • SEO – Drive ranks and traffic through implementing search engine optimisation strategies and creating great content. This could include anything from blog posts, case studies, digital content, scripts for videos, and more!
  • Collaborate with both TOPdesk Internationally and TOPdesk Australia stakeholders in achieving local goals and objectives.

Where will you go?

You will be working in the heart of Melbourne. The Australian branch is relatively young in comparison to other TOPdesk offices. TOPdesk was established in Melbourne at the end of 2019. The team consists of 7 colleagues so far.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience with PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Google Ads & Analytics certified
  • Good knowledge of organic search-specific tools such as Moz, SEMRush,…
  • Professional, outgoing and intelligent mixed with a fun-loving personality and can-do attitude!
  • A passion for learning

Bonus (preferred not required)

  • Previous agency experience
  • Basic understanding of web design
