About the role

As a B2B Marketing Automation and Content Specialist, you will:

  • Craft compelling content that captures our audience’s attention, including white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, and video scripts.
  • Master HubSpot to create and optimise email workflows, track KPIs, and analyse performance data.
  • Use GA4, DataStudio, and other cutting-edge tools to gain insights into customer behaviour and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure success against agreed goals.
  • Work with a talented team to evangelise the TOPdesk brand and drive business growth.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

About You:

  • 1-3 years of marketing agency experience, B2B or B2C.
  • You are a data-driven marketer with a passion for creative storytelling.
  • Email marketing copywriting skills.
  • Experience in designing and creating content to suit target audiences across various channels.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Effectively collaborate within a global environment and a diverse company culture.
  • Strong attention to detail. You will help us see what we’re missing.
  • A motivated, analytical, data-driven, and highly technically savvy individual.
  • Ability to take ownership and work on several different projects.
  • Reporting and analysis skills to measure and present results of campaigns and initiatives.

Desirable:

  • Prior experience using HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp or equivalent would be advantageous
  • Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus, but not required.

  • $65,000-$80,000. Depending on your experience.
  • 30-38h work week – it’s up to you.
